Update or remove listings when properties are sold or no longer available
Not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices

Listing Verification

MPO reserves the right to verify, edit, or remove any listing that violates our policies or appears suspicious. We are not responsible for the accuracy of property listings.

Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are charged based on the selected pricing plan
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law
We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account
Contact limits and validity periods are specified in each plan

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
Distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
Scrape, crawl, or data mine the platform without permission
Impersonate another person or entity
Violate any intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

The platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MPO and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User-Generated Content

By posting content on MPO, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with our services. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and any consequences arising from it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of property listings.

Limitation of Liability

MPO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MPO and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
